Since 1907, VIA Visually Impaired Advancement has been enhancing the lives of people who are blind and visually impaired (b/vi) through empowerment and advocacy. VIA is the only comprehensive agency serving the low vision community in Western New York, and provides services to 1,000 people each year, ranging from birth to old age.
